OUR SERVICES

Services offered through BroKin™ are generally not covered by health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. When you contact BroKin™, we’ll ask you some questions about yourself, what’s bringing you in to therapy, your schedule, your therapist preferences – and a few other things-to best assess your needs. We want to find the perfect fit for You! With our comprehensive and complementary specialties, flexible scheduling options, multiple training levels, and wide range of fees, we feel certain there is a perfect BroKin™ therapist for you. Optimal client care is our primary concern.

We do not accept insurance; we have decided to be an out-of-network provider, in order for you to remain in control of your wellness process and to keep your confidentiality safe. All insurance companies require a diagnosis (this becomes part of your PERMANENT health record and can hinder you getting employment or health insurance or any government job) and may limit your therapy to a certain time period or amount of sessions. We feel that you are unique and don’t feel that everyone needs a diagnosis that will be placed in your permanent medical records.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY + −

Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. At BroKin™, the common goal
of individual therapy is to provoke change and improve the current and future quality of life of Black and Latino
male professionals, veterans, entertainers, professional athletes and entrepreneurs.

GROUP THERAPY + −

This group is tailored for Black and Latino Male professionals, veterans, entertainers, professional athletes
and/or entrepreneurs to gain a greater sense of self and understanding from African-American and Latino
therapists and Licensed Counselors, who will provide unrelenting emotional, spiritual, cultural,
psychological and professional support in a group setting environment

BroKin™ ABROAD - International Group Therapy + −

Grab your passports and prepare for your own personal journey to a destination called HEALING.
This is a destination therapy group set on an island paradise that offers a week-long, safe haven for men to tell their own stories, while understanding they are not alone and not to blame, when dealing with past trauma and abuse. Group members will learn healthy coping strategies to deal with the previous harrowing experiences of their childhood. All group sessions are private and confidential.

LGBTQ+Therapuetic Services + −

BroKin Mental Health Solutions proudly provides a curated list of LGBTQ+ therapy services that are clarity and cultural sensitivity. These services reflect both individual and intersectional struggles—especially relevant for Black and Latino LGBTQ+ clients. BroKin Mental Health Solutions provides safe, affirming, and culturally competent therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals of all backgrounds—especially those navigating identity alongside race, religion, and community stigma.

MENtorship is a mentoring program that focuses on African-American and Latino males 8 to 18 years old. MENtorship’s primary goals are to assist young men in developing leadership and critical thinking skills, demanding academic excellence, and reducing the public school to prison pipeline that threatens the potential of their future.
